Based on a Mindfulness Programme used by USA Olympic Teams and commencing 2021 (when COVID-19 restrictions are lifted).
'Mindfulness Meditation Training in Sport"
This six week programme will help you to:
Increase your ability to concentrate, handle pressure and anxiety better, deal with distractions better. Maximise your performance
Sports Mind Scotland also run The Sports Mindset /Mindfulness Programme. This two hour session will introduce skills to improve your sports performance.
This programme is suitable for Sports Teams or Groups of individuals with a common interest.
