  • Commencing Tuesday 2nd of October and every first Tuesday of the month, Sports Mind Scotland will be running Psychology Advice Sessions. If you are looking for advice as to how to improve your sports performance through psychology but not sure about the best way forward. If you are struggling with anxiety under pressure, poor sleep impacting on your training and performance, worried about returning from injury, these sessions are for you. Advice sessions are shorter in length. Following a review of your concerns, advice will be offered as to the steps you can take to improve your training regime and performance. 30 minute sessions will be held @heal physiotherapy ltd. Cost £45.00, Due to demand these sessions must be booked and paid for in advance. Please note that if you cancel out with 24 hours there is no cancellation charge.   • New Programme coming early 2019, Mindfulness Training for Runners. Increase your ability to concentrate, handle pressure and anxiety better, deal with distractions. Numbers for this group will be limited. Updates will be posted soon as to how to register your interest.


  • Sports Mind Scotland will be running Programmes for Teams/Coaches who want to learn how to apply Psychological Techniques to improve performance. The programme will be led by a Clinical and a Sports Psychologist and is due to start early 2019. Keep popping back to the site for update.
